Anti Freeze Spewing Everywhere.

Tuesday my 07 Convertible V6 turned off while driving. I had it towed to a local Ford dealership, turns out the crankshaft pulley, crankshaft sensor, and serpentine belt needed to be replaced. $600 later, it was all repaired. Now today when I took it to the carwash to have it cleaned I left it on and idling, and noticed smoke rolling from under the hood, and anti freeze fluid covering the ground where the engine was over. I shut the car off opened the hood, and the anti freeze was everywhere, I let it cool off and checked the reservoir and needless to say it was completely empty. I went to the local shop and bought some Prestone 50/50 prediluted anti freeze. Filled the reservoir back to the mark took off and made it home no problems. So what caused that odd accident to happen is my question to you all.

(Checked all hoses no leaks apparent and it seemed to be coming from the cap but cant be certain being antifreeze was everywhere.)

Please help, cant keep affording costly services.

Yeah check and make they plugged the fan back in. If you have access to a pressure tester it wouldn't hurt to test the system. For what ever reason if they drained the coolant they most likely didn't bleed it right and it had a air pocket. Other then that idk
