2003 GT P0171 code

Ok for starters I bought my car mid Nov. of last year it has roughly 113000 miles on it and the only mods on it are a cai, bbk 78mm throttle body, shorty headers, and catless exhaust. Until this past weekend I've had no problems with it but Saturday it started running almost like it had a miss. Then the CEI came on so I went down to autozone and it showed P0171. I also noticed a slight ticking from under the front seats. Could a blown collector gasket cause the 02 sensor to misread?

Could be any number of causes. A good start would be cleaning the MAF as dirt/oil can cause quite a few issues. This should give you a bunch more ideas of things to check: http://www.obd-codes.com/p0171

Ok MAF sensor is fine there are no vacuum leaks that I could find but I noticed this ticking noise coming from bank 1 maybe somebody can help me out.

Sounds like either a really jacked valve or you have a nasty exhaust leak. Likely an exhaust problem. Might be a bad manifold gasket or a broken flange to the exhaust system.
