I'm looking for a deeper than stock...but not super obnoxious, or ricey exhaust. Something smooth that doesn't down out my interior. Anybody have any ideas on a a set up route I could go? Thanks in advance :)

Depends on how much you want to spend. You can get dual exhaust conversions from a bunch of places or you can go with a set of long tubes, off-road H-pipe, and cat-back, if you're really wanting that deep tone and maybe some performance improvement to boot.

MAC:

TF6497 Long Tubes
TF3800 Off-Road H-Pipe
TK8995 Cat-Back

The whole deal retails for roughly $1070. You could probably find a package deal someplace.

The only V6 exhaust upgrades that I thought SOUNDED good were long tube, true duals.

if you are on a budget, and you need something that sounds nice, go to a local muffler shop and ask for an old flowmaster....most muffler shops keep the flowmasters that they take off and resell them... the steel is a whole lot more substantial than alot of other mufflers, so they have longer lives... i have bought 3 or 4 over the last 3 years for different 6 cyl that i have had and that's what i did.. sounds great, already broken in, usually you can get a used one welded on axle back for $50 or $60 .. that's muffler and installation......... really sounds nice with an inexpensive cold air intake...
