I was inspecting my brake pads all around the vehicle and noticed on my passenger side front, the outside disc was almost completely wore down while the inner was about 60% left and the driver side was about 60% left on both inner and outer. I have never noticed the vehicle pulling to any side. I did not notice any pinched brake lines.
So would this be a bad caliper just needing replacement?

90 LX 5.0 with stock brakes.

If I were you if pick up the steeda or maximum motorsports steel caliper sleeves. It'll keep your calipers from. "Wandering" around and causing uneven wear on the rotors and pads

The breaks should work fine the way Ford had it, mine work fine, your caliper was not centering its self.

you need to clean the pins and grease them

the piston was pushing against the pad and the caliper was sliding over ,but staying their.

also make shure the piston moves back in without to much efort

I noticed there was not a sign of grease on the pins. So I have replaced the pads and greased the pins on the driver side. I am waiting for a new shock to finish my breaks on the passenger side. (Received a bad one.)
