No Air Or Heat Blowing.

One of my employees is having trouble with his v6 2006 mustang. The a/c or heat doesn't work. No defrost, legs, or full blast. Nothing. He says you can hear it click on but nothing comes out. He took it to a shop and they quoted him 4k because they have to pull the motor.. Another shop told him it was the blower motor which sounds more correct to me.. Any input fellas? Or write ups? I'm not very familiar with these newer mustangs.

The first thing would be to check for a relay in the fuse box and ensure it operates.

I had this same problem on my 2006 Mustang GT. At the top of the passenger foot well you can get access to the A/C blower motor, I basically took the motor out, took the blower motor control resistors out, blew onto the connections and squirted the connectors with some electrical contact cleaner and put it back together. Seems to have done the trick, so far.
