    Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter Install question

    I just installed a Tri-Ax in my 08 GT today (santa brought it) and now it sounds like I have developed a transmission whine during acceleration. Everything is tight, and I did install one shim washer on each side at the back end of the shifter. Any suggestions? It does seem to shift OK. Thanks!

    Brake Pad?

    My 2008 GT has just started a rather nasty brake squeal, sounds like it is coming from the rear. The squeal occurs just about every time I brake. The car has just a bit over 20K on it. Have any of you experienced this, and if so how did you fix it? New pads? If you changed pads, which ones...

    I'm sure this has been asked before, but I missed it - how effective are the K member braces when installed in a coupe? do they really help stiffen up the front end?

    MRT hood question

    Any of you have any information on MRT hoods? Are they comparable to a Cervini's hood? I just found this one and have always liked this hood style - the '68 is one of the first Mustangs I ever had any real contact with, so this style brings back some good memories

    Focus Door Handle

    My daughter has a '01 Focus, and the exterior door handle will not unlatch the door. I have the interior panel off, and have gotten to the door handle adjustment clip, but cannot get it re-hooked. Anyone have the magic secret to getting the darn thing reattached in there?

    Ok, haven't found anyone else asking yet, so here I go - Will the 2010 wheels Ford is introducing fit on the 05-09 Stangs? There are some really good looking wheels there and I just might have to help Ford's bottom line if they do!:flag:

    Hood struts

    All right, I know this is down on the list of mods, but have any of you disposed of that oh so annoying prop rod in favor of the gas struts? I am looking for your opinions quality of install and how well they actually hold up the hood. All input is appreciated!

    Strut Tower brace question

    Are there any Strut Tower Braces out there that clear the plenum cover that comes with the GT Appearance pkg? I really like the way the planum cover looks and would like to keep it installed if at all possible.

    New hood

    Anybody out there have any dirt or good stuff regarding Trufiber hoods? I have seen a heat extractor one I like, at a bit less than the Crevinis version even with shipping. I know Cervinis has a good reputation for quality products, but I figure it can't hurt to look around! Thanks
