    Where did the 10 extra hp come from in 98?

    In 98 there was a 10hp jump from the previous 2 years of the 4.6L. Was it attributed to changes in measuring horse power by the auto industry or was there an actual engine modification.

    I'm not too crazy about the mach 460 so I'm looking to put in a Pioneer head unit. What will it be compatible with and what will have to be bi-passed? I'd hate to have things go to waste and would like to utilize everthing expect the stock head unit. What are the specs for the mach 460?
