    Inspection

    So I need to get my car inspected now. No cats, smog pump not hooked up (underdrives), check engine light on. Now, my car should be exempt from emmissions as i didn't drive for more than 5000 miles last year. How do i get the light off, clear the codes?(if so, how)...or before inspection...
