Hey, I was wondering if anyone had problems with this issue. My cobras showing the code, P1516, which is the Inlet Manifold Runner Control Input Error (Bank 1). I know what it is and where it is, but is there any quick fixes I can try (Seafoam, or such)? The car only has 32,000 miles so it shouldn't be too bad and also I'm guessing its throwing the code b/c it wasn't driven much and when it was, it was babied. So the MIL comes on when I'm cruising at low RPMs, and if I launch it good, it goes off, which makes sense. Let me know anything pertaining to this issue. Thanks.

Are your IMRCs opening/functioning properly (verify they are opening above 3250 RPMs). It's possible that the actuator box might need to be replaced.

FWIW - After 9 years, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to get in there and clean them during a weekend. Run a search for "IMRC" - you'll find a couple of "how-to" cleaning guides/PDF files on the procedure.

    G'luck.
