    tail lights half working..

    Ok.. annoying problem. my 95GT's tail lights will come on when i turn the head lights on, but when I use the brakes, only the center brake light on top of the trunk comes on. the turn signals don't work in back either. could the bulbs be messed up so that they half way work like this...
