auto cross events?

hey
anyone know of any auto cross events in the Bay Area (I'm in Santa Cruz) that are open to the public?

preferably one where you don't have to join the SCCA just to participate..

I think to compete you'll have to join just so their insurance carrier doesn't drop them.
