    I was looking into a 1997 SVT Cobra from a dealership. However, the dealer's mechanic told me that there is a ticking from the heads. He said that this has to do with the camshaft housing/mount clearance and that is a common problem on this motor. Is this true and is it an easy fix? Thanks

    Hey I need to know what wires in my rear stock speakers are positive and negative. They are not black and red wires. On the left it is brown and gray while on the right it is orange and brown. Is there any way to test which one is pos/neg?

    I dont know what you did to your car but if you have aftermarket heads with higher compression you need to run 93 but it depends on how much work was done with them.

    Okay now i am having trouble installing the line converter. On the left rear speaker, there is a gray wire and a brown wire. On the right rear speaker, there is an orange wire and a gray wire. Does anyone know what is positive and what is negative?

    thanks for all the help everyone. I just bought the din tool and took the factory receiver out. The black/pink wire is perfect. It has power with the ignition on and with the key backwards. It's just like installing the remote turn on wire if you had an aftermarket receiver.

    really you did find 2? Yes every single fuse lit up brightly with the ignition off. Maybe there is some kind of safe mode for the fuse box where they hold power? Anyways, I'm gonna check out that wire on the back of my factory receiver and see if that will work.
