hmm. well look at the threads from yesterday. There are a couple dealing with custom fiberglass enclosures. There's also a couple of links that are in the posts that are pretty informative on constructing enclosures.

I plan on putting in 500w RMS from a Rockford Fosgate P5002 it's 500w rms @4ohm and 1000w peak power. But the data sheet that came with the amp stated that it will do 614w rms and 1256 peak power. I don't have the L7 yet I am going to order it this friday from www.thezeb.com.

I would say that is a JL Audio W7. That's a nice install, please keep the updates coming and if you would not mind send me some details on how you built it. Materials and such I hope to build one for myself while installing a Kicker L7 2ohm.

IF your car came with no seatbelts in that year then you do not have to upgrade. If your front seat only has a lap belt then you don't need a torso belt. It is a Federal Law. As mentioned upgrading is a nice and safe thing to do for your passengers. :)

it just looks a little wierd on your stang maybe a 99+ stang it would look ok. But it just looks kinda wierd on yours. Maybe it will look tons better when it's painted. atleast i hope so.

I am assuming you mean that you have a fuel leak. Get underneath you car and follow the fuel line from the tank to the carb. it is over 35 years old so if you think about it it's just a piece of metal tubing and does corrode. also check your fuel pump maybe when the carb was changed the gas...
