Considering Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/Rs for the front or maybe even front and rear. Quite a bit more expensive than BFG Radial TAs but their sizing is better. Going to run Weld Dragstars 15X8 and 15X5. Trying to make it a true DD so I want to stay away from drag radials.

BTW, they have 15X8 w/5.5 BS for $99 too. I really wanted 15X10s (they only had them w/4.5 BS left:() but for less money than jegs/summit cast wheels it's tough to say no.

Will a Greg Weld Dragstar 15X5 w/ 3.5BS work upfront with minimal fit/brake issues. I'm running stock brakes not cobras. Option "b" is a 15X7 w/4.0 BS. Summit is blowing them out for $99!!

Paint and body guy has a couple of things to fix and is going to install the pins in the next week or so.

The no BS reason? I made the mistake of telling the engie builder that I wasn't in a hurry. After much waiting and patience on my end he upgraded the internals and did an internal balance for nothing. It was worth the wait.

I let 'er eat a little bit. I'm anxious to get 'er on the dyno especially for the torque number. She's pullin' hard in 5th gear from 2k rpm.

I was shooting for a sleeper. But between the BBK shorties, mac x pipe and flowmasters (no cats) plus .575/.599 lift on the cam......................Guess next time I need to think supercharger.:D

Working out the last couple of bugs but she’s running’ pretty strong. Gotta suffer through the break in period before I can really flog her but even under 4K the oomph is very noticeable. Here’s the list of mods….. Internally balanced 331, scat 9000 crank, forged probe and scat rods...
