    the 96 fan is not the same as the 97-2000 the 96 is a sub par fan.. 96rs like to upgrade to the 97+ i'm not sure what it takes to change em.. but i wanted to point that out

    there is a writeup on the net somewhere to keep the c-clip elimintators from leaking.. i'll see if i can find it cage FTW.. i'm sure it would help out huge!.. like someone said, torque boxes will tear out on the first launch if you dont plate steel them bastards goooood

    i had my mounts welded together at one point cuz i was too cheap to buy new ones... man i'll tell ya what a nice comfortable acceleration was.. turned into a grinding jerking feeling.. it was awful..

    the stock housing has handled lots o power.. i do a full build with c clip eliminators, 31 spline, locker, swarr barr, girdle, welded tubes and some damn nice lower control arms...

    i got the UPR piece and i like it.. i also installed MAC LTS's without dropping the K member.. the UPR came with the K, arms and coilovers.. i think i only spent about 600 on it..
