    Stainless Works 3v longtubes

Fits 2005-2010 3v 4.6 motors. This is a 1 3/4" primary 3" collector system with welded HEGO bungs. It also has 3" leadpipes with HEGO bungs welded in too. It has 2.5" reducers for a stock system hookup. These are brand new never used. Originally $1200 new, I'll do $775 shipped.

Building a new motor soon...need input

Yeah I want to try to stick to Cleveland if I can remedy the high rpm oiling issues the Cleveland apparently has. But it's true that a high rev Boss would be sweet. Maybe...

Building a new motor soon...need input

Well, I know for sure I will be running Cleveland heads, but I am on the fence about building a full Cleveland motor or a Clevor. If I do a Clevor, I want to do either a Boss 302/331 or a 351 Clevor. And If I run a Cleveland, obviously a 351-360 CI motor. But what I want to know are the pro's...

    Best Cleveland style heads?

It's cause the Shotguns are superior to Mopar Hemi's! That and everyone hates the Blue Oval for no reason. Mike does have a good point with Cheby having lots of aftermarket support for our favorite car era. Alot of mopars and Fords use chevy rods and pistons because you could grind the cranks...

    Best Cleveland style heads?

I also don't mind all the input and history thrown out in this thread. It always makes for an interesting read, whether it be Cheby or Blue Oval stuff:nice:

    Best Cleveland style heads?

CHI is what I will most likely the heads I will go with. I still have to wrestle with what CI the motor will be and what CR to run along with a cam.

    Best Cleveland style heads?

I'm not sure yet on displacement, but i will for sure be using this motor for track use. So better flow for sure where heads are concerned.

    Best Cleveland style heads?

I was thinking that the 408 would be troublesome because of the rod length. But as far as the cam goes, yeah I was thinking a nice custom grind from comp. either billet I beams or h beams would be the way to go. The CHI heads seem like the way to go. I will definitely keep in mind the...

    Best Cleveland style heads?

Well, my car is a 96 GT, but I came here for pushrod knowledge. But my goals for this car are to make it a road race car with a good breathing, high revving engine. I would like to take a Cleveland 4 bolt main block and clean it up and stuff a speed-o-motive 408 stroker kit in there with custom...

    Best Cleveland style heads?

I'm looking to buy some good Cleveland/ aftermarket Cleveland heads that flow well. I am aware that the 4V cleve. heads flow fairly well with a mild port job. My question, is there anything better ported/non-ported that are better than the factory 4v heads either ported/non-ported? I am hoping...

    primer for 66

I know that red was the predominant primer color for 66's, but what was the actual primer color name? or was it just oxide red primer? I assume the entire car was painted in that color primer before actual paint was applied? thanks in advance guys.

Anyone need 427 parts or engine?

Come to think of it, I think he mentioned something about that. I can't remember everything as that was about 3 or 4 years back.

Anyone need 427 parts or engine?

I have seen a 427 67 Shelby up cloase and personal and the owner said it had been documented as being original to the car. I thought it was pretty cool. It was Brittany(sp) Blue btw.

    Choosing a Ford Orange Color

I am fairly sure the Poppy Red is darker. I myself am in love with Calypso Corral. By far my favorite 69 Color! My vote goes to that.

Fog lights on or off ?

I get flashed all the time and I just flash back at them. Sometimes I flip them off just to send them an extra message if the still don't get it. Got pulled over once and got a warning for them when the cop failed to prove they were fog lights and not driving lights.
