How can you tell from the serial number if it's the 35th Anniversary edition?

Actually no, Both Edmunds and bluebook agree that the price should be around 7.5k Nada from what i've heard is for dealer resale. So I should offer him 7.5k?

bluebook says its worth 8,100 (Excellent condition). Nada however puts it at 10,100 I'm confused... ^I'm really sorry, I'm new to this board.
