    i changed mine at 1000 miles and put in mobil 1. mythought is of all the junk that could be in there at build, metal, casting sand etc. gotta wonder what ford would put in there for oil. they want to sell new cars so what better than to put in cheap oil

    forgive me if i am asking a question that has already been answered. i have an 06 gt convertible. when it hits bumps in the road, especially on a turn it feels like its jumping up in the air. what has been the aftermarket fix? strut tower brace? sway bars?
