    Well you said the one you can buy is a Tremec , i'd find out if the Tremec is a Z-spec trans(T5Z) if so I would grab that .

    What's the best way to remove pilot bearing?

    Definitely get the pilot bearing removal tool . I got mine with a slide hammer from Autozone and I've done 5 pilot bearings and the tool made it simple .

    TFS Stage 1 is cheap and would work good or like others have said stock cam with a 1.7 Rocker for more lift .

    I got a set of nice upper and lower control arms I want to put on my GT , never did it before anyone so how do I go about it ? Also would I be better off welding the seams on my torque boxes or buying one of the torque box kits of LRS ?
