    just make sure you only order from autozone. dont get their generic crap. i tried out one of their clutches once... it shattered within 30 miles, and i hate their brakes, so i definitly wouldnt put any of their crap under my hood.

    fuel press or coil pack?

    like i said i was hesitating at 6200 and it feels like it's floating the valves, but i found out my fuel pressure was 31psi. is that the correct fuel pressure for a 96 cobra with a vortech supercharger running 10 to 12 psi of boost. and if so could it be a coil pack going bad? my fuel pump...

    cobra backfire ?????

    my 96 cobra started doin that 2. it also now hesitates @ 5700 rpm and goes lean. but when it hits that hesitation, it backfires ... loudly. so i guess ill do the same thing.

    What is this underhood noise???

    get a metal tipped stethescope and put it aginst the suspect parts. that should tell you wether it is a faulty alternator or water pump.

    in my 96 cobra, it was so much hastle to do it on one side without removing the engine, that we went ahead and pulled the engine and replaced both head gaskets... other gaskets... and a clutch. it gave us a good oppertunity to clean out the engine, but i regret not replacing the stock rods and...

    I have a bbk 255 lph in-tank pump I have a 96 cobra with a vortech v1 running 15 psi and as long as i have plenty of fuel in the tank, it does fine. all i have is the 255 & the fmu with the stock 44 injectors.

    supercharger sound question

    I have a vortech v1 supercharger on my 96 cobra. I drove it a while ago, and it seemed to be louder than uasual. I had to change spark plugs today because it was missing pretty badly ( wich caused it to blow the closest intake tube behind the charger off), and I changed the oil yesterday...
