like i said i was hesitating at 6200 and it feels like it's floating the valves, but i found out my fuel pressure was 31psi.

is that the correct fuel pressure for a 96 cobra with a vortech supercharger running 10 to 12 psi of boost. and if so could it be a coil pack going bad?
my fuel pump is a new 255 lph in tank, i have a new fuel pressure regulator, and new spark plugs and wires.

The normal fuel pressure for your car is 30 - 45psi. Sounds like it's at the low end of the specs. Try disconnecting the vaccuum line from your fuel pressure regulator and see if the reading goes up. The book says it should be 40 - 50psi with it unplugged. With a supercharger and that much boost, it sounds low to me. A coil pack can cause symptoms like this, but with the fuel pressure where it is, I'd look into the pressure regulator first. By the way... how many miles are on it?

What injectors are you running? Plugs? You're gonna have to scrap the fmu.
