    Mustang vs Camaro.....hope it's not a repost

Isnt the saving of money meant to be used for aftermarket? Who gives a **** about stock performance. The 5k you save could build you a nasty turbo setup.

    The mustang view....

LMAO! The pacecar is ALWAYS the slowest car at the race. Of course the camaro is in front of the mustang. It's like having a cop doing the speed limit next to you. I cant wait for this camaro to come out, so we have more Shevrolays to pick on!

    Retro fit Rollers 351w

Retro Fitting Roller Lifters 351w Wondering if any plate style sbf roller lifters will work? I'm looking at a few different company's roller lifters, and I'm wondering if there is a difference between replacement roller lifters with the link bar, and the retro roller kits with the link bar...

    Mustangs and snow

I have been suffering from cabin fever since the first day of the snow. I have a F-250 Turbo Diesel AT 2wd. This has to be the WORST thing for snow. Useable powerband from 1000rpm to redline 3500rpm, meaning there is ALWAYS somewhere in the 400tq at the wheels. Spins the tires at idle. I...

    Deck Height Question

He didnt get much into it, and I didnt press. He was laughing pretty hard at the idea though. Liked my enthusiasm for an idea of a 35psi pump gas car. Rd, I was not making a typo when I said ".208" piston to deck height. I was talking about some seriously large quench. I've since come...

    New Mustang Engine. which 1??

I personally am gathering funds for my 2nd 351w based block in my 82GT. I'll be doing a 393w, due to is simplicity. Stock sized 302 pistons, Stock sized 351 connecting rods, and a 3.85" crankshaft. Crane has a retro roller lifter kit that allows for the use of any of the roller cams that are...

    Transmission strength

Ive done the Madden 2-3 shift myself! Boom! That transmission's gotta be lopsided after that one! I had a stock longblock 351w with carb retro gear, made 220hp and 305tq at the wheels. It was a 2.3 turbo tranny. Great gearing, bad strength.

    Deck Height Question

So here's the laymens terms on quench as it was laymened out to me ... The larger the quench, the more prone to detonation. The quench area is small because it creates velocity in the combustion chamber, which does a few things at once. It forces the mixture to the center of the chamber so...
