    Thanks for the reply, depending on how the car looks with the new rims is whether or not i will drop it. I guess my next question would be if someone has used smaller than 275/40's on their 17 x 9's, i dont want to use tires that will be too skinny for these rims.

    Heavy shaking as I Engage 1st Gear

    Yeah, I heard it could be the rear main seal leaking and getting oil on the contact surface of the clutch/flywheel causing the "hop" as I also call it. When I take everything apart I make sure to change the rear seal. Thanks for the help.

    So the clutch is the culprit, sounds good, did you change all the other components along with the clutch? Why do you mention the exhaust bolts, and which ones? (header to block, or header to h-pipe). Thanks. :hail2: Anyone else out there with this scenario???

    No spark, Ideas?

    Guys, listen to the symptoms before mentioning Distributor, he doesnt have spark at the ignition coil, that means the problem lies between the coil and the battery, maybe a solenoid. Thats my 2 cents.:shrug:
