    when is does start it has all the power it idles good doesnt miss or anything it revs up fast like it should, i cant take it to autozone... so i donno how to check codes i know there i paper clip way but dont know how to do it!! thanks for the reply and i dont think the check engine light comes...

    well i just installed a fuel pump in my car today and it only fixed a part of whats wrong.... it still has a hard start it takes like 2 mins of cranking for it to fire up and before i changed the fuel pump it wouldnt idle but it will idle now but only for about a couple minutes any ideas?

    yeah it will start but it takes forever to catch and everyone tells me that pressing the gas wont let it start but i have to press the gas for it to even sound like it is trying to start and when it fires up i have to pump the gas untill it starts reving up

    yeah i went outside today and pluged it and it had no effect and also i started it up today which it only took me about 3 hours to do so and it started but like i said in my other post i have to stay on the gas to keep it running but today i tryed to rev it up and it boged out and died its never...

    damn... well that was the only hose that i found that was hooked up to anything so i guess that eliminates the vacume hose's the only thing i know to do now is replace fuel pump because ive changed all sorts of things and no change

    it will not crank with out depressing the gas pedal it wont start if u hold it there i have to tap it....
