    help please

    It sounds like you may have an ignition coil going bad on you. You shouldn't hold the gas down when you try to start it. You can break the nose cone off your starter doing that. Hope this helps.

    Before I start....I have a four cylinder car. I'm in the middle of doing a 5 lug four disc conversion. I have found out alot of info on my own. Just trying to get the spindles off is tricky. I broke a 2 jaw gear puller. Had to get a bigger one and the use of a hammer to finish getting them off...

    Whats your wheel and tire size on 5 lug conversion?

    The wheels I want to get only come in 18's. Why doesn't anyone run 18's? The wheel sizes are 18x8 +20 offset and 18x9.5 +40 offset. This is what I figure will fit the best with my set up. Any opinions? BTY the wheel is made by TSW. Does anyone have better price's than onlinetire.com for...

    Whats your wheel and tire size on 5 lug conversion?

    I have 95 disc conversion front and rear for my 93 fox. I swapped out the axles. So I do know they are 3/4 inch longer on both sides. My question is ; What size offset do I need to fit a 17 to 18 X 8 to 10 inch wheels? With what size tires? I really want to stagger the rear with a deep lip. Thanks

    Rear disc brakes

    I found out that the axle goes to an Explorer 94- 01. I pretty sure this wont work the shock mounts are on the wrong side of the axle.

    I know it has 308 gears. I know they are to low for my 2.3. It has 5 lug axles. The only numbers on it are the ones on the tag SO40L 308 88 7A02. Just tryin to find what this came out of. Thanks for your info.

    Just found a rear end (8.8) with rear disc brakes that came of a mustang 87-93. Will this bolt up to my 93 2.3l? The guy wants $300. Future plans for the car are a stroked 351. I think this is what I'm looking for. Is this a good deal?

    223 was one of the codes. I guess I need to replace module. Thanks Guys. Also 23 came up which is the tps. The repair manuel says something about not replacing this on your own because it has to recailbrated when a new one is installed. Anyone heard of this?

    I see that the u-joints on 7.5 are the same on a 8.8. Can I get an 8.8 to bolt on to my 93 2.3l? I'm in the process of learning what I need to do a 351 stroker swap.

    Engine light

    93 2.3L Engine light came on and the car idled down by about 1/2 normal. Sometimes it does it sometimes it doesn't. When its on I can be going 70mph and the RPM's are at 1500.

    Lowering Springs?

    93 lx 2.3L Any suggestions on a set of lowering springs I can put on now, but will still work with a 351w later? Will 5.0 springs work? The stock spring ratings are little stiffer on the 5.0 than the 2.3.

    air intake muffler?

    I have a 93 2.3L. Is this worth replacing the muffler with a straight pipe? And whats the purpose? Did Ford think you could hear the intake sucking massive amounts of air over the powersteering pump?

    I just bought a 93 lx hatch it had a blown Mercury airbag on it that was not pluged in. I got a new airbag on ebay that is for a 93 lx. When I went to put it on the plug is different than the plug on the wheel but it is the same as the plug on the mercury bag. Anyone know was up? The plug on...
