The side trim by front fenders/doors coming undone after driving in rain( car had never been in rain before after install) and the tape started to release in several areas..... had my body shop install new tape and clean the body good....still not holding.. any ideas or a better tape to...

Just bought a 2006 Mustang GT that had the Eibach pro lowering springs installed.......when turning the wheel there is a 'creaking noise' mainly at low speeds... could it be the rubber insulators were not installed or? car has 20x 8.5 wheels on front thanks,
