    500hp is the general rule of thumb I tell customers....some take more, some take less. I'd put a cast crank stroker shortblock combo that is $2000 assembled and those internals will take 600hp more then the block. If you have the money and plan for more power down the road then a $4600 Dart...

    I'd go 60# inj they will tune just fine and give you room to grow in the future...then a 80mm-95mm meter. No need to waste money on the BTM do it all through the chip although an aftermarket ignition box and coil can help with spark under boost. What pump do you have in the car now?

    I was told something similar...IMO your wasting $$ unless you up the boost and you'll need more boost to make those numbers. It will allow you to get more aggressive with the timing.

    Just wondering why you were convinced no stroker? If you do pistons and rods you will have to rebalance and some other machine work the cost difference to go stroker is extremely minimal at that point.....and your just giving up power.
