what year mustang do you have?? as far as i know all fox mustangs came with speaker cut outs in the door. and the speakers in the dash are 3.5". i'm not positive but i don't think that you could put a 5.25" speaker in that 3.5" speaker hole......MAYBE with alot of fabbing.

yes that amp has pre-outs. the speaker level inputs are used if your stereo dosen't have and pre-amp outputs on it. speaker level input takes the signal from the speakers and converts it to a pre-out.

Ford cars and trucks do this alot. i've been told that theres air in the lines causing it to whine. i think you have to flush the system out and put new fluid in. i'm not sure how to do it....but i know mine does that same.

thanks a bunch for the pics. i wanted to "re-do" my rear panels anyways.....it'd be cool to have the hatch seats and the have the rear panels molded to each side of the seat. probably what i'm going to do. does anyone have a pic of the rear side panel where the side of the seat sits???? on...

right off hand i would say to use a haynes manual for you car. that might get you somewhere. pretty cheap books...$16.00 at auto zone....and good to have laying around.

That you can do....or try somthing they call "kitty hair". it's like bondo and fiberglass in one. easy to use. that will build up strength and smooth it out at the same time. Or...if you wanted to....use some t-shirt in place of the fiberglass mat/cloth.it's thiner and easyer to work with in...

i have an 86 tc motor....with to complete wiring harness. i've been told i don't need the harness...just the vam harness. i've looked everywhere on what exactly is the vam harness...stingers site...all of them!. my question is what exactly is the vam harness??? what wires...how many wires does...

That sounds easy enough. i thought that my 87 a/c bracket would fit on my 86 turbo motor.....i guess i'll have to bend the lines....or have some custom line made to make it work. but thanks to everyone .....later

silicone is a big mess. i wouldn't buy a $400 sub and put silicone around it to make it seal.....there is better ways of sealing it. is your box carpeted?? if not...carpet it...it'll be sealed. try using different screws.....1 1/2" drywall screwws work best.this might be better that getting...

how much did it cost you to convert it over to r-134a????????

hmmmm....maybe i'll go with out a/c. i really don't feel like hunting down the parts to make this a/c work....it's not really that important. thanks for that info man...saved me alot of time.
