what is the part i need to replace this? looks like the frame rail but there is an extension going to the side of the car tht covers part of the fuel line.

the rail directly under the driver side floor pan is rusted completely thru for the first 10in or so and the plate coming off of that to the side of the car is gone. i dont know what the part is called and i need some help figuring out how to repair this. thx in advance. ill get a pic tomorrow.
