gt40's up till 96 gt40p's 97+ and they would both be better from my findings...

another thing, what about bbk longtubes and "p" heads? anyone?

It would mean that they are most likely gt-40s because it would only make sense that both the intake and heads have egr provisions;)

So the 97-up explorer intake will still have the boss in it for the ACT sensor, that i can drill and tap, right? If anyone has some more info about time's and such with the gt-40p's, please post it up.

I'm looking more towards the p's just because they'll most likely be cheaper and i want to try and do a little clean up and mild port work. I'm not very concered about the sprak plug problem, i can work around it. Would this get me in the 12's? Looking to get maybe a high or even a mid 12 if...

Fuel pump, is a requirement, i've got a 255 HP on mine and it's stock, you dont want to run lean on nitrous. I've got a 100 wet shot on mine, there are others that have more, it's just if you start getting above a 100shot i would say the tune becomes the major part in keeping the engine alive...

yea full length subframes and control arms are a start. Subframes should be the first thing, as if you start launching hard it's going to tweek the chassis some and cause waves in the pillar behind the 1/4 glass.
