How much for the AC stuff???

I got a 94 GT that was bone stock and speedometer is always off.Sometimes 5mph slow sometimes 10 mph slow.Sometimes when you get on it speedo slowly goes up.I have replaced the speedometer sensor and its still the same.Is it possible the speedometer itself is bad??

I just put the Bullit wheels on my green car and love it.
