That looks like over heating and detonation. Is your car stock or boosted.

sounds like it chould be a vacuum leak. check all of your hoses. you can test by spraying brake clean around the intake and all of you vacuum lines. when you hit the leak the engine will change rpm. NOTE: do not spray near or on the alternator. If you do the brake clean will burst in to flames...

Do you have the filler neck unbolted from the body of the car at the gas cap? the neck is some times hard to pull out of the tank, also get a new gasket for the filler neck to tank conection it almost alway breaks.

Yes a gt cat back will fit if you have a H-pipe or X-pipe for a v6. Theres nothing wrong with mac exhaust.

Thats a very good setup, make sure you get the stage 3 heads to. It really helps. As far as gas mileage I get 18mpg but I could get more from the tune but I never really cared about it.

You can make a lot more power than that. I have a 3.8 with a procharger D-1sc making 550hp. You can make that easly with a twin setup with forged rod and pistons.

I have a guy that will sell me his toploader that came out of a 66 I6 mustang will it bolt up to a 302? Is it the same trans as one that goes behind a 302 or is it a inferior trans like a t5 for a 4 banger and a t5 for a 5.0L thanks

Spraying through the maf is the only way you can run a dry set up. It will not hurt the maf.

try another ground that one may not be a good source of ground.
