    Has anyone used that product you put on the front end of your car and wheels wells that is like some type of plastic and it keeps the car from getting dirty, chipped, scratched, etc? I saw this once for vettes I think and was curious how well it works etc.

    Don't know but I am looking to maybe get a better cover for mine, I have that nylon feeling one that has the cobra stitched on the front...paid 50 bucks for it thought something better might be nice for my 04? Dent protection sounds nice.

    Yes they have plnety of shifters on the market. If you can find a new one for 28k then you got the deal and a half. I paid 31,500 for my comp orange 04 Oct. 28th.

    Read the code on it but some in NY use to mount it to the small frame rail under the front bumper, so its on the front but not out in view so you would need to check the code and how the law reads.

    Which part makes the exhaust so loud ?

    Its a combination of the exhaust parts. I would say the magnaflow is a good part of it, the headers too. Easy way would be to change the catback out I would think. The tranny, is it an aftermarket shifter? tri-ax or pro 5.0? They tend to make more noise with aftermarket shifters.

    Just installed SLP Loudmouth. WOW!!!

    SLP loudmouth has mufflers, it would not be street legal without them. Those bullet style mufflers are suppose to be there...no worries.

    Have them locate what you want. They can buy it or dealer trade for it. Thats what I did. My dealer ended up buying it off the other dealer, sent some older guy out to pick it up from OH.
