    Looking into getting this motor..

Ok now that we've established that it's a Cosworth, I change my vote to "buy it at any cost."

    Looking into getting this motor..

I'd buy it, but not for $2000. I'd tack on maybe $500 max. It sounds like it's pretty smashed up.

    I Bought an 86 SVO...

Use it. The panhard bar made such a big difference in the handling on my car. It feels so tight and solid it's just ridiculous. I guarantee you'll like the results.

    I Bought an 86 SVO...

Hey Stinger, empty your PM box, fool. Hi guys. It's been awhile since I've been on the forums. My car is still N/A, but we're looking to change that soon, so hopefully I'll be on the forums more. I'm using the 88 turbocoupe motor I got from Brian and I think my goal will be around 300 hp...

    Post your 2.3's (your rides)

Bhuff: How big are my brakes anyway? They're off a 2000 GT. I don't actually know the size without looking it up. Did any foxes come with anything comparable that I could've or should've used? Stinger: Thanks, man. My Uncle is currently painting the centercaps and then I'll put on my nice...

Turboford/mustang meet Aug 7th in Kansas

Hey man, sorry I couldn't make it. We were still working on my car up until 630 hoping to finish, but we still need to get the brake lines on and the e-brake hooked up, as well as getting my front wheels back. Without my wheels it was pretty much obvious we weren't gonna make it, but I wanted to...

Turboford/mustang meet Aug 7th in Kansas

I'll be there if we get my car finished in time. My dad decided to take a nap instead of going to get my brake lines while I got the front tires mounted and balanced, so we're about an hour and a half behind. Here's our list of stuff left to do: driver's side spindle quad shock mounting...

    The 5-lug swap has begun!

Well is your car stock height? And the rims still rubbed? How did you end up fixing the problem? Does it depend any on what tires I plan on using? You're kind of scaring me here. :(

    The 5-lug swap has begun!

Well I didn't bother listing spindles, etc. This weekend we're aiming to do the rear, then next weekend the brakes and front. As for the rear end being too wide, well I guess we'll just see how it looks when we get it under there. Since my current wheels each sit in the wheel well a good inch...

    The 5-lug swap has begun!

Well I came home today for the weekend and much to my surprise, my car was jacked up in the air with an 8.8 rear end sitting next to it!! Thanks, dad! :D So I guess my 5-lug swap will be commencing today. Here are the details: 8.8 rear end out of a 2000 Mustang GT 4.10 gears (added at a...

    hello, id like to say....

:stupid: I paid $3,000 for mine in very clean, nice condition with about 115,000 on the clock, but after seeing some of the deals available, I would drive somewhere to get a better deal.

    2.3 vs 5.0 pedal assembly

The SN95 set had little spacers to keep it set off the firewall about a hlaf inch. I don't think a Fox pedal assembly would work without the spacers.
