Definitely can't do it for free, I have to feed my family somehow. I did the engineering thing for a while after I got out of college, but much prefer this. I'm a huge fan of the Dyno Dynamics Dynos awesome for tuning cars.

Do you have any way of tuning the car? Like twEECer or Quarterhorse? They make good tools for diagnosing problems liek what you have. I was able to diagnose a faulty o2 by making the car run in open loop fueling all the time. His car would run lean at WOT, partially b/c the ECU wasnt...
