Just wondering if the 2 metal sleeves from each of the stock struts are supposed to go over to the new Bilstein struts when they're installed? I also have the MM CC plates.

All of a sudden, on my 95gt, my speedometer needle does a little blip up and down when I completely come to a stop. So it goes to zero when I'm stopped, then it will just jump up and down a little. While I'm driving its as smooth as can be. Any ideas on what this could be? I pulled the VSS...
