    I know that Reeve over on TurboFord ran a 13.9X in his IHI powered TC. If I remember correctly he was pushing 20 psi. I stay stick with it and see how much you can get out of it. Just as long as you put a good IC on there...

    Did you make sure that after you connected the flapper to the arm, the it flapper was tight. If the wastegate flapper is loose at all, boost will be limited.

    Think about it, an A/F gauge has three wires. One gets a 12V source, one gets the SIG from the O2 sensor, and the other is a ground for the LEDs. Now with the SIG wire for the A/F attached to the O2, what is gonna power the sensor itself? Im not sure if the EGO circuit is 12 or 5V but maybe...

    The ports that you labeled 1, and 2 are supossed to be plugged. #3 goes from the T vacuum fitting on the compressor housing to the Boost Control Solenoid. #4,5-- One of them goes to the other fitting on the BCS, and one goes to the fitting on the stock intercooler...

    Will the T5 from a 5.o work in the 2.3 turbo?

    Not that it's gonna make a noticable difference, but the wider gears in the V-8 T5 are gonna create more load on the engine, thus causing the turbo to spool earlier.... Anthony
