INSTALLED NEW CLUTCH FORK, AND NOW

I just installed a new clutch fork and now the dust cover does not fit. The fork sticks out too much. I am not sure why though. Is there a different t-5 fork for 94-95 cars? I need help.

    explorer intake

If you have stock heads, then the Explorer will work fine because it flows more than your heads anyway. Its just not the best looking intake. :D

Need help with installation '94-'95 Cobra intake on my '94 GT

There is four longer bolts. The longer four of the six bolts on the upper intake. Fel-Pro makes a stock replacement intake gasket for 5.0 EFI. It is the same size as a fel-pro 1250, but it also comes with rubber ends that work extremely well. I would just put a light coat of RTV on the gaskets...

    Flywheel Question!

I bought a new clutch for my stang so in turn I went out and bought a new Ford Racing Flywheel too. There are two dowels sticking out of the original flywheel and they are facing the transmission side. They do not come out of the original flywheel. I now noticed that on the box of the new...

    Where Does This Wire Go?

Just curious where the starter ground connects to?

    Where Does This Wire Go?

What does that do? Sorry mytight95 I wasnt being hostile although it seemed that way (with Busey's picture next to my words).

    Where Does This Wire Go?

There is one bolt in between the battery and the fuse box underneath. What would be the point of having a ground going from the motor mount to the body? And where does the ground wire that connects to the starter go?

    Where Does This Wire Go?

I am putting my motor back in and there is a black ground wire that is flat. One end of the wire goes to the motor mount and I am not sure what the other end goes to? If anybody knows, please let me know. I was guessing the starter, but I know there are a couple of other ground points so I just...

Help me choose!! Fluidyne or Summit Rad?

I installed the Summit Radiator with extreme ease. I figured it would be a nightmare. All you need is tie wraps, rubber hose for overflow, overflow fitting, longer bolts for the piece that holds the overflow and ccrm. I did not have to relocate the ccrm, the fan fits great with tie wraps, and...

Should I cange my timing chain?

I just put new wires on in the past 500 miles. Ok I cahnged the distributor with a used one I got on Ebay (instead of spending 270 on a msd). The idle seems better so far. It still has a slight rough idle but at least it does not stall when it is hot. It still does not run very well though. I...

Should I cange my timing chain?

I heard that there could be play in the distributor shaft. This could also cause the car to lose power. I hate guessing :notnice:

Should I cange my timing chain?

Its just Busey. :D i did not go to 24lb. because i did not want idle problems. The timing is very consistant. I set it to 12 and it sits there at idle. I have tried different plugs but I am not sure the correct plug for a set of gt40 aluminum heads. Fuel pressure is at 40 at idle. If I unplug...

Should I cange my timing chain?

OK then what else would cause a 99,000 mile motor with roughly 150 at each cylinder to suddenly start running horrible. The car has very sluggish bottom end. The top end isnt that great either. I understand in 110 degree heat, but at night when it is in the 60's to 70's it should run great. It...

Should I cange my timing chain?

What chain did you end up going with? Also were there any problems with the eccentric. I know there are a couple different types of chains. Which one bolts right on.

Should I cange my timing chain?

I have 98,900 miles on my car as well as the motor. The car does not burn oil. One day I noticed the car not running as well as it used to. It has a harder time to get to 5000 rpm now and it just doesnt have that torquie feeling like it used to when it was stock at 50,000 miles or so. I was...
