Okay, here is an update. I decided to "burp" the system, ran it for a little while with the radiator cap off :shrug:. The temp was pretty good while i was doing this, fan was coming on and stuff. I put the cap back on and drove it around the farm a couple a times and came back, the tempature...

Nice work, I love the drawings :D I figure ill cut the pipe un-screw the bolts and try to put the plugs in i just got ( like the ones in the pic above) if i cant get them in cause of the build up Ill flip the blocks. In case i resort to fliping the block do i need to use any kind of sealent to...

So what is easier bolting the holes or fliping the pipe? If i just pull the tube and put bolts in the hole will i have to do anything else to it?

I put one of the grinder wheels on it and just cut it into a few peices, came right out with no problem after that! Man that how you do it, when somthing doesnt want to come out :D Smash it till it does!

:D got that damn resivor out, didnt remove anything either just reached in through the bottom drained her, than dremel tooled the hell out of her untill i could pull out the peices! Resivor with bracket full of washer fluid = 11lbs. :p allright yall need to shead some light on this...

baglock1, do you think i would be better off just doing what you did with the pipe (which im not that sure on) or maby even just put a plug or cap just before it gets to the head? I want the benifit of the weight being gone so i would really like to get all the pipe out of there, and it makes...
