eh...swapping in a 4.6 requires a complete wiring harness, ECU, gauge cluster, and transmission i do beleive i had to modify my wiring harness slightly to reach a few things and to use the super coupe TPS and IAT, other than that it was tuned by justin starky at VMP tuning

it has been done before...but is not the best choice for a 99-04 you will have to convert back to single port to do this...so you'd kinda need to take a step backward to take two steps forward, make sense? its a bit harder to do on a 99-04 also, you'll need to convert to a return fuel...

i dont even remember the last thing i posted about my car here, but just thought i'd show off whats been done lately... thunderbird super coupe engine...basically a stock rebuilt engine with ARP head studs and 99-04 head gaskets. running 11-12psi. front mount intercooler is soon to come...

tonight i bought a single port gasket from autozone to get all the measurements off of. i have completed the AutoCad drawing and have brought it into Autodesk Inventor and made it 3D. its pretty close, it's within +/- .005" (standard tolerance) next step: bring it into GibbsCAM then CNC...

i really am unsure as of right now. i should be able to keep them relatively inexpensive compared to others out there. it seems there is more of a demand for spacers made of G10, tomorrow i will look into how much material will cost me. i might just be making them of G10 and not aluminum...

G10 (or maybe aluminum) single port intake spacers anyone? i have access to GibbsCAM and a CNC end mill. if i can get enough people willing to buy them, im considering making a batch...

i dont have a 99+

wiggling the fuse definately did cause them to work again...and i played with the wires behind the fuse box and that did nothing. if i hit the fuse panel, the guages will jump a little, but wont stay working

look into the SCT xcalibrator 2, they make it shift a lot better (if its an auto) and its like a 19hp 20ftlbs gain. i got mine from www.blackclouddiesel.com, talk to garrett, he can hook ya up. they dont have too many things for our cars since its a diesel truck site, but they are a very good...

im usually not too big into non-mustang wheels, i personally would go with 18x9 and 18x10 deep dish bullits or something of that sort, but as far as non-mustang wheels they are nice
