Hey, does anyone know how to replace the antenna base on a 2000 mustang convertible. It seems the last time I brought it to a car wash the guy who put it back on cross threaded it, and the other day when I went to take it off I snapped in. Any help would be great. Thanks

OK, when the heater is on, it DOES NOT happen, only when the AC is on or the Defrost is on (either hot or cold). Still Freon or IAC? Edit: I just remembered I replacced the IAC last year, I will try the FREON, thanks!

Would I get the same issue with the AC OFF and the HEAT ON? Sorry for all the questions but curious.

Wouldn't the AC blow hot or warm then?

I'll double check when I leave work, maybe it is with the defroster on. I think this might be the case. Is the IAC valve hard to replace?

Hey guys, well basically what the title says. Whenever I turn on the heat or the AC my car idles High then Low then high again and doesn't stop. Does anyone know what this might be? Thanks

Hey, I am having this issue with my 2000 GT also, havent done any types of tests yet, any idea? 1/ when I turn the A/C on (always on MAX) the car idles all over the place and surges up and down.

OK, so I know this is not a tech question (at least I dont think it is) but I have a 2000 GT Vert and I bought a 2002 Hood Scoop for it, but there is no template or instructions as it was taken off another GT. Any ideas how to install? ANy help would be great. Thanks

Ok, so heres the deal, I have a 2000 GT, I went to start it and it stalled right away. The car will keep running if I keep my foot on the gas to keep the RPM's high. Any ideas before I bring it to the shop? Any help will be great, thanks!
