<---rysred96gt yeah. intake swap was a cheap and quick bolt-on. but ya gotta seal it right, if not you'll have to start over like i did.

<---rysred96 its fixed :D apparently it was the sensors. it's been through 5 closed loops and still no CEL. i feel a definate difference in response. sounds a little healthier too. pinch more pull too i'll add. overall car feels healthy again.

<---rysred anyone know?! do headswapped GT's usually run rich afterwards? what can i do to check? new plugs? (over 10K miles on copper plugs). adjustable fuel pressure regulator? any ideas? replace the O2's?

<---rysred96gt, this name is my g/f's name i did the whole swap myself on my car. that article looks good too but if you're doing the 99 heads, you'll need the 8 10mm upper stud/bolts as well to fit through ur timing cover. drop me an IM if you have any questions.

<---rysred96gt actually, the stock muffs flow pretty well. it looks like a dynomax muffler but not as smooth-flowing.

<---RYSRED96 ok. i was thinking of just loosening them this weekend, trying to add some more rtv under there if i can, then retorque to the proper sequence and ftlb's. yes, i did clean off the the heads before putting them down. i did reuse my old gaskets though, should i have gotten...

<--rysred even if he did have 300+ rwhp, hp is still a factor of the rpm. he can have 300 rwhp a 1000 rpm higher than another guy with the same torque. torque doesnt really change drastically until forced induction.

is that same spot on the 2000 PI intake? its not on me to check right now

<---rysred did u (or are you going to) use RTV sealant? what are you doing about tapping the other coolant sensor? i heard from another guy there's a place you can screw it into on the block but i wasnt sure, anyone know anything about this?
