    Refresh and you should see credits up top right and then choose Searches to create. I would suggest not narrowing the search down too tight (mileage, price range, distance) just let it be kinda a wide net to see how it works then you can start trimming it down. Not sure what state you are in...

    Well its plastic so a strong solvent is not a good idea. These are really not meant to be painted, that rubber is not gonna hold it and the paint isnt going to stick. Try some mineral spirits to get the paint off. Do not scuff or sandpaper and if it was me would get some nice Chemical Guys...
