    How much do i need to mill my intake manifold? My heads are milled .030". How much do i need to take off and where, the bottom, sides or both and how much? Thanks. I am having a problem with water in my oil and i think thats where its at.

    i just replaced front cover gasket, head gaskets, and intake manifold gaskets. Starting it up tomorrow and ill cross my fingers. Hopefully it was in my front cover. Thanks for the help, ill let you guys know how i turn out.

    Water in oil. HELP!! Cracked Block?

    It is a new block. Head gaskets had no visible problem. Block has like 200ft on it. Hasnt gotten over 2500 rpm and has idled. Had a problem with a leak from front cover. Could it be front cover. As i fixed my external leak, i gained an internal leak.

    I have large amounts of coolant in my oil. However there is no oil in my coolant. There is also no oil or coolant in my combustion chamber. I have tore it down to the bare block and have found no blown gaskets. Is it possible that the block is cracked. What are symtoms of a cracked block.

    What gap should i run on my spark plugs. What determines it. Comp ratio is about 9.8:1. Just regular autolite plugs for gt40p head. Any thoughts? Thanks

    the stocker pump did have provisions for a retrun line. SHould i just get rid of the return line and say screw it. Just run tank to pump, then pump to carb. Thanks.

    New Head Gaskets Keep Blowing - ?

    if it keeps blowing in the same spot over and over and youve already milled the head, the block is most likely warped and the block needs to be decked. That means the motor has got to come out.

    How much will 4 cc difference in the combustion chamber effect compression. For example, a 58cc head will yeild a 9:1 compression ratio, what compression ratio will a 54cc head yeild. Thanks.
