    Well... all I know is that I get compliments on my Dr. Gas and Flowmaster cat-back everyday. Young people, old people, GIRLS... I don't know if it's just really loud or if it really sounds THAT good, but it sure is a crowd pleaser. Sounds about right from the driver's seat too :nice:

    I just got the American Thunder cat-back, and I like it. I ran a best of [email protected] before with Dynomax Ultra flo's dumped... switched to the flows and installing a Steeda T/A at 15* and I ran a best of [email protected]. I'm sure the power gain was mostly from the T/A, but I definitely did not LOSE...

    I've only had one midpipe on my car besides the stock one, and I've never had longtubes on it but... I felt a BIG gain from the Dr. Gas X-pipe and would do it again in a heartbeat :nice:

    I only race V6's when they instigate... and sometimes I'll mistake one for an 8 if it has dual-exhaust and I'm not paying attention. Otherwise I try to stick to racing cars that are more of a fair match (no offense)... or ricers when their cars are reallly reallly ugly and I need some tire...

    Going to Dyno for the 1st Time!

    I noticed that smoothing on the plot was set for 5... that can make the peak numbers more honest, but with smoothing off and a jagged plot, you could easily have a peak reading that's 3-5hp higher.

    That's disappointing... but maybe with that much work done, the car would've needed a custom tune for the new intake? A/F ratio could have been thrown way off... maybe, who knows.

    My favorite is the Pro 5.0 with the Pro 5.0 handle... I actually have a Steeda handle, but perfer the shorter one. Then again I'm 6', but have really long arms... sucks trying to find shirts that fit, lol

    Plenum test results

    Great comparison... to be fair, the C&L is supposed to make 2-3 more horsepower with the 75mm TB than with the 70mm TB according to C&L, while Accufab says their plenum works the best with a 70mm. So my feeling is that the Accufab + 70 combo should be almost exactly the same as the C&L + 75 combo.

    If you're doing everything else, I can't see skipping on the plenum. I went from a ported stock plenum to a C&L and Accufab 75mm TB and felt a very noticable gain. More than I did from my Dr. Gas X-pipe even...
