When I had my car weighed at the track with half a tank of gas she was 3150 for a notchback is this heavy. I thought maybe the carb coversion without AC and an Smog pump would lighten her a bit. Now I am thinking that the all wheel disk and the wheels maybe adding weight.

The springs in the car are all rusty and ride height looks stock. I want the car to handle well but I don't want to give up streight line performance to much and I don't want to bottom out every where I go. What should I do.
