This is like asking what's the best flavor in ice cream. My opinion (as a Vortech owner) is that there are four excellent makers of superchargers for the 5.0: Vortech, Paxton, Procharger and Kenne Bell. All make great street kits. Just take your pick.

A OK I honestly don't believe there are significant differences between the manufacturers. I owned a BBK 70 mm TB and upgraded to a 75 mm Accufab. They both did their job. BTW my Accufab is bolted to a Edelbrock EFI (1st generation). :D
