Anyone have a bellhousing for the v8 manual transmission. I know they're hard to come by, but figured I'd ask. I'm trying to do the v8 5speed swap and would like to be able to use off the shelf headers. Please let me know. Thanks -Stang78

So I was reading through Car Craft today, and towards the back on page 102, I was shocked to see a II pictured. They seem to be contemplating putting a turbocharged 302 into one. Although they call the IIs awkward, that would be awesome to see happen. I sure hope they follow through. -Stang78

My understanding is that South Side Machine went out of business. They did make traction bars for the II and occasionally you'll see them on ebay. I picked up a pair about a year ago for about $70. As for the ebay guy do a search in ebay stores for Stumpy Fab Works. I've heard nothing but...

No help with the exhaust question - my Stang is far from being ready for one, but WOW! That is one nice looking undercarriage. I wish mine looked that good. Do you have more pics of the car? BTW, your engine also looks real nice in another post. -Stang78

I was under the impression that the II came with a 1" front and 3/4" rear sway bar. I just measured mine and they seem to both be 3/4". Was this a standard option on the '78s or something different? Was the 1" an upgrade? Thanks -Stang 78
