Well, I just filled up my gas tank (full) for the first time in a few weeks.... went to the mall, and when I came out, I discovered that I was leaking gas. I got home, and all I can tell is that it appears to be leaking from the top section of the tank...Anyone have to replace a gas tank...

White paste is on...and the thing is in the right direction (the little UP sticker on it helps :) ).....the only thing different between when it started and not, is that two of the mounting bolts broke off...one is out a ways, but one is broke off close to the mounting block...I bought new...

I attempted to change my ignition module on my 92 2.3....I got the other one on and hooked up, but the car wouldn't start...So, I put the old one back on (the car started fine with it before I began the swap)...now it won't start with that one either!!!! I'm in hell, can anyone help...

Just want to clarify some things. How fast are you going, and what gear are you in when this occurs?

Gives the 2.3 a throatier sound, lower toned, and definitely not whiney...

Worked fine for me...just a little long, so I had to adjust some of the hangers for the rest of the exhaust.

All I know is that I have an Aerostar header on my 2.3...went on fairly easy...

No prob...sometimes my fingers type way faster than my brain thinks..... :shock: BTW: It's fun to get a 3rd gear scratch out of a 1 ton dually.... :D

The 454 is a dream of mine...I still have a mostly stock 2.3....The 454's hanging out on an engine stand... :( I just get to drool over it when I visit the parentals... As for gas mileage, I'm curious to know what a turbo 2.3 gets...The only turbos I've ever driven/ridden in were in vehicles...

Too many people way over-carb their engines....The Holley double pumper is quite sufficient, when adjusted correctly, for enough fuel flow to power that engine to it's limits....I'd rather get 8mpg than 4...

I autocross my little 2.3... As for the 454... I don't belive in anything that's not naturally aspirated.... If you have to add something on, I feel for ya....So, if I have to go totally unrealistic, I'll go V-8.... Plus, that 454 was putting out over 460 HP at the rear wheels in my Dad's...

My vote is for getting that huge bass sound system. The sub in the back's gotta give ya at least a good 5 foot extra bounce off the launch.... Oh, and the ground effects...Neon, all the way.... If ya can't beat em...blind em...

Reminds me of a Dodge color....medium metallic gray... I had my Camaro painted that color, just with a lot more metallic flake.....

Screw the lottery...If I could talk my father into letting go of his Rat...(ie. big block Chevy), I'd shove that bad boy into my 'stang.... :worship: 454, bored over, stroked....mmmmm Just have to weld the frame solid, push the firewall back, and upgrade the suspension a bit...throw in...

heating problems Well, here in Iowa it tends to get cold, and the heaters won't keep up. Our solution is to put a bit of carboard box in front of the radiator. Seems to help...At least when it's well below zero... Also, a thought.. have you had your heater core checked lately?
