    TrickFlow 2v heads

    I would reccommend a Boost-a-pump if you don't already have one on the focus pump. Assuming that you are upgrading from stock unported PI heads the heads should net you 50+ rwhp and put around 475rwhp. This has been done on stock short blocks. It's mostly in the tune and the rest is luck.

    What size procharger pulley do I need for more boost??

    To make that kind of boost you need to upgrade to a D-1 or F-1 head unit. You might be able to hit 16 pounds with a 3.00 pulley on the P-1SC or smaller but would have to upgrade to an 8 rib pulley set up to stop belt slippage.

    Can't remove rear lower control arms

    Yeah, with the springs out the bolt spins freely but won't come out. All 4 are seized inside the sleeve of the control arm. A blow torch would probaby be a bad idea so I'll go with a saw zaw. Did you just purchase new bolts from the dealership?

    I tried installing a set of Maximum Motorsport XD lower control arms and I can't get the stockers off. The bolts are seized in the control arm. I tried heating them up and beating the end of the bolt but they won't come out. I can't think of anything else but to cut the bolt. Any suggestions...
